These terms and conditions govern the way in which we supply products to a subscriber of those Product(s) (“You”, “Your” or any variant thereof), including any online products.
We reserve the right to review the terms and conditions at any time without prior notification or obligation.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms and conditions tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. All rights not expressly granted in these terms and conditions are hereby reserved.

3. Registrations
Verisign’s preferred method of registration is online. Your registration is subject to acceptance by Verisign, which will be confirmed in writing including but not limited to email, after Verisign has received your fully completed registration and the related fee paid with any required supporting documents. Verisign may, in its absolute discretion, for any reason refuse to accept your registration.
The fee for the Product is correct at the time of publication. Verisign reserves the right to change the fee at any time, but changes will not affect registrations which have already been confirmed by Verisign.
4. Payments
Full payment shall be made upon acceptance of the registration. Verisign shall email to you when the payment is received.
5. Cancellation by customer
No refund will be made for paid registrations.
6. Cancellation/ resehedule by verisign
Verisign reserves the right at any time to:
(a) change the format, participants, content, location and timing or any other aspect of the Product;
(b) postpone the Product or any part of the Product; or
(c) cancel the Product or any part of the Product, and will not be liable for any damages, costs, losses, or expenses of any kind incurred or suffered by You as a result of or in relation to Verisign modifying, postponing or cancelling the Product or any part of the Product. All cancellations and reschedules shall be notified by email.
Verisign is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class, including but not limited to cancellation penalties owing to transportation or accommodation arrangements.
7. Verisign rights and obligations related to the products
Verisign reserves the right, without any liability, to refuse admission to, or to eject You from the Product, in its absolute discretion, including (without limitation), for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or if in the opinion of Verisign, you represent a security risk, nuisance, or annoyance to the running of the Product.
All unauthorized photography and the recording or transmitting of audio or visual material, data or information is expressly prohibited at the Product and/or in or at the venue.
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
Verisign reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time Verisign Registers You for the Product.
Verisign is not liable to you in any way for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any character, including without limitation damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, loss of data, loss of productivity or contract or any and all other commercial damages or losses.
To the extent that the liability described in the above paragraph is not enforceable under law, the limit of our liability to you shall be a refund of the purchase price paid by you for the Product(s).
9. Other Important Terms
Nobody else has any rights under these terms and conditions - they are between you and Verisign. No other person shall have any right to enforce any of its terms and conditions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof is rendered void, illegal or unenforceable by any legislation to which it is subjected, it shall be rendered void, illegal or unenforceable to that extent and no further. Such provision which is rendered void, illegal or unenforceable shall be deemed to be restated to reflect as nearly as possible the original intentions in accordance with the applicable law and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been entered into without the void, illegal or unenforceable portion.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in intellectual property rights relating to the Products including copyright, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, improvements, developments, proprietary information, know-how, processes, methods, business plans or models (including computer software and preparatory and design materials thereof) and all other intellectual property (whether registered or not) developed or created from time to time shall exclusively be owned by Verisign and/or the respective owners. While you may utilize the intellectual property, you understand that there shall be no transfer of ownership of the same.
Nothing that you see or read in the Products may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, republished, displayed, or performed for commercial use.
All other trademarks, service marks and trade names in this material are the marks of the respective owners and any unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the prevailing laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine all actions and proceedings arising out of these Terms and Conditions hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for the purpose of any such actions and proceedings.
